We want you to actually feel a difference. If you try Ageless and you are not noticing any benefits within 60 days of receiving your order, just email us and we will make it right with a refund on your first order.
This guarantee applies once per product and per household.
To qualify, please return the product to us so we can close the request on our side. It does not matter if the bottle is empty or partially used.
If you purchased a bundle, the value of one bottle will be refunded under the money back guarantee and any remaining unopened bottles can also be returned for a refund.
(We will calculate the value of one bottle from your order total once you contact us. No need to figure this out yourself.)
How to use the guarantee
1. Email us at support@panacealife.com with your order number
2. We will give you a reference number and the return address
3. Send the product back to our warehouse in Sweden
4. Once it arrives, we process the refund right away
Shipping fees are not refundable.
The guarantee covers orders placed directly on our website only.
30 Day Standard Return Policy
If your most recent order is not quite right, you can return any unopened bottle within 30 days of receiving it.
Just make sure the product is unused and in its original condition.
A small return shipping fee applies because we use a tracked service to make sure your package arrives safely. We will include this in your return instructions so there are no surprises.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or something is not correct, please email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
We will send a replacement or refund you once we review the issue. No need to return damaged items.
European Union Cooling Off Period
If your order was delivered within the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return the order for any reason. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. Please email us so we can provide you with the correct return details.
