We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders as part of our launch initiative. This applies regardless of location or order size.
In the future, shipping fees may apply to smaller one-time purchases, while subscriptions and multi-bottle bundles may continue to qualify for free shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2 to 3 business days. This ensures quality control and accurate fulfillment before shipment.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 6 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or local disruptions.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to follow your shipment.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the customer.
Panacea is not liable for loss, delays, or return costs caused by missed deliveries, failure to collect the package, or refusal to accept the shipment.
